CUPE 4816 represents more than 200 members in the community health sector and health sciences professionals sector across New Westminster, Burnaby, and Vancouver. Our members provide diagnostic, clinical, inspection, advocacy, home support, counselling, preventative, housing, harm reduction/safe substance use, and pharmacy services in your communities.
Local 4816 is divided into two major divisions each with their own Collective Bargaining Agreements: (1) Community Bargaining Association (CBA), and (2) Health Sciences Professionals Bargaining Association (HSPBA). The CBA division includes: Administrators, and Community Healthcare Workers. The HSPBA division includes: Paramedical Professionals, and Pharmacists.
